We understand the value of having a little more peace of mind in your life. That's why Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage offers a 12 month Roadside Assist and Club Membership with all new eligible Mitsubishi vehicles. With the Mitsubishi Club Membership offer, you will not only have peace of mind wherever you go but you get added membership benefits.

This handy membership begins from the vehicle's first date of registration (warranty start date) and continues for a full 12 months each time the vehicle is presented to an authorised Mitsubishi dealer for a scheduled service under the Mitsubishi Capped Price Service program for a maximum of up to four years.

Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage gives you 12 months Roadside Assist including Club Membership with every new Mitsubishi vehicle◇9. You will then receive a further 12 months Roadside Assist including Club Membership each time the vehicle gets a scheduled service under the Mitsubishi Capped Price Service program for up to four years.

Roadside Assist and Club Membership benefits include:

  • 12 months roadside assistance providing coverage anywhere in Australia, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through your state/territory auto club,
  • towing to nearest authorised Mitsubishi dealership from breakdown site,
  • battery replacement where Battery Warranty is still valid,
  • emergency assistance for mechanical and non mechanical failure or towing and
  • access to a huge range of offers and discounts.

A few things to keep in mind about this program: Roadside Assist including Club Membership will cease at the expiration of your 12 month coverage. If you miss a service or go longer than 12 months between services, your vehicle will not be covered for the period between expiration and when the vehicle is presented for service. Club Membership will also expire at this time.

All new retail/private buyers, ABN holders with a fleet size of five vehicles or less and current owners who complete their service under the Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage Capped Price Service program will receive Roadside Assist including Club Membership in the respective state/territory in which they reside for 12 months, for a maximum of up to four years*.

Club Membership will be provided to the listed owner/driver of the vehicle.

*Excludes Mitsubishi Express

If you purchased your vehicle before 1 December 2017 and are eligible for Roadside Assist as part of the Mitsubishi Capped Price Service program, you will move over to the Roadside Assist including Club Membership when your get your next vehicle service.

Different criteria apply to fleet buyers of five vehicles or more purchased from 1 January 2017 and private buyers with vehicle purchase from 1 January 2017 to 30 November 2017.

Customers who purchased their vehicle on or before 31 December 2016 will be eligible to receive Roadside Assist including Club Membership for a maximum of five years. Customers who purchased their vehicle on or after 1 January 2017 will be eligible to receive Roadside Assist including Club Membership for a maximum of four years.

Generally, Mitsubishi Club Membership will cover 12 months standard membership but your auto club will work with you on your available options, so it's best to contact them directly.

Roadside Assist will remain with the vehicle so that the new owner is covered. The new owner will then be eligible to receive the Club Membership when they get the vehicle serviced next, as per the Mitsubishi Capped Price Service program.

You’ll still have the Club Membership and its benefits for the rest of the 12 months, however you will not have Roadside Assistance.

Club Membership will remain in the same state/territory at the time of issue but will change when the vehicle has a scheduled service under the Mitsubishi Capped Price Service program. You will need to provide your new details to your dealership to update the Mitsubishi Motors system and ensure that you receive the right Club Membership.

You have the choice of which state/territory auto club you wish to become a member of. Just be sure to fill out the Mitsubishi Club Membership offer form with your dealer.

◇9 New private retail buyers and ABN holders with a fleet size of five vehicles or less. Excludes government, rental and national business customers. If we are unable to verify your contact details, the driver will be eligible for Roadside Assist without Club Membership. An eligible customer profile includes name, address, phone number, date of birth and registration. Roadside auto clubs require your date of birth for security reasons. Mitsubishi Motors will attempt to collect your contact information but if we are unable to complete your profile you will be ineligible for Club Membership until your details are provided.
